Rules

Essential ZENITH rules covering accounts, fair play, communication, trading, violations and support requests.

ZENITH's rules help keep gameplay fair and communication respectful. They apply to the game servers, website, account dashboard, forum and official project communities.

1. Accounts and security

Do not sell, buy, rent out or transfer accounts to other people. Sharing an account is also prohibited. Do not impersonate another player, a project staff member or a payment provider.

Account owners are responsible for actions performed through their accounts. Follow the server's published limits on simultaneously used accounts and game windows. If someone else gains access, contact support immediately and change the passwords you can.

2. Fair play and third-party software

Bots, autoclickers, looping or conditional macros, third-party scripts, hardware repeaters, cheats and protection bypass tools are prohibited. Do not modify memory, files or network packets to gain an unfair advantage, or use radars and similar tools to reveal hidden game information.

Do not let other people or services control your character for leveling, farming or events. If you are unsure whether a program or device is allowed, ask the administration before using it.

3. Bugs and vulnerabilities

Do not knowingly exploit bugs, duplication glitches or errors in geodata, quests, shops, rewards, payments or the account dashboard. Attacks, unauthorized access attempts and other interference with the project or attempts to obtain other users' data are prohibited.

Report any bug to support privately. Do not share the exploit or repeat it for personal gain. Do not spend assets credited by mistake: the administration may remove them and correct related results.

4. PvP and game events

Ordinary game conflicts, PvP and competition for resources are not violations in themselves. Match fixing, artificial ranking or reward farming, deliberate win trading and using controlled accounts to bypass event conditions are prohibited.

If an event allows only one participant, character or client, respect that limit. Do not disrupt events through technical means, block objects or passages to interfere with server operation, or harass players beyond normal PvP.

5. Communication and conduct

Treat others respectfully. Reasoned criticism and disagreement with the administration are allowed when communication rules and the appeal process are followed.

Real-world threats, harassment, blackmail, sharing other people's personal data, incitement to hatred and illegal content are prohibited. Do not spam, flood chats, share malicious links or scams, or advertise other projects without permission.

Do not publish ways to evade penalties or private support conversations without the participants' consent. Knowingly spreading false information on behalf of the administration is prohibited.

6. Trading, payments and bonuses

Trading accounts, characters, game currency, items or leveling services for real money, cryptocurrency, gift cards or assets in other projects is prohibited. Fraud, changing agreed trade terms and posing as a trusted intermediary are also prohibited.

Do not use someone else's funds without permission, forge payment confirmations, abuse refunds or bypass promotion, contest or bonus limits through extra accounts or collusion.

Players give gifts, make loans and enter voluntary trades at their own risk. The administration may assist using logs, but does not guarantee recovery after ordinary carelessness when no violation is evident.

7. Names, clans and player content

Character names, clan names and other content must not impersonate the administration or contain other people's personal data, advertising, threats, illegal material or discriminatory content.

Use your own images and emblems, or material you have permission to use. Content that violates the rules may be hidden or removed, and the administration may require a name change.

8. Investigations and penalties

Do not knowingly submit false reports, fabricate screenshots or logs, conceal material facts or obstruct an investigation. Pressuring moderators and evading restrictions through other accounts are prohibited.

Depending on the severity, consequences and recurrence of a violation, measures may include a warning, communication or feature restrictions, cancellation of results, removal of unlawfully obtained assets, or a temporary or permanent ban. Measures do not have to be applied in a fixed order.

Technical logs and other relevant information may be used in investigations. The administration does not disclose information that could help bypass protection or violate other players' rights.

9. Support requests and appeals

Report a problem or submit an appeal through support in the account dashboard. Appeals must be submitted by the master account owner and include the account, approximate event time, penalty, specific objections and available evidence.

Repeated requests without new information, threats and public pressure do not speed up a review. Project staff should never ask for your full password or bank card details. Report any such request through official support.

Follow rule updates on the website and project announcements. Violations are assessed under the version in effect at the time of the event, subject to the exceptions stated in the full document.
